I had a security system from a different company. I had a problem for over a year and had a guy come out at different times and not fix the problem. I talked to a guy higher than the one I called and he said he would call me back (wanting a different system put in to fix the problem) Well guess what, he did not call me back. I saw your commercial on TV, called the number and talked to Loretta. She was very kind and due to my work schedule she had no openings but said, “hold on, let me make a call” She came back on line and worked it where I could have it installed in two days. She said it was his day off but he would be willing to come make it happen. Marcus was very polite. My house is a 2 story 3100 sq ft house and he took time to talk and make sure it was ok with me to do it this way. At the end of the day he talked to me about video cameras which I was very interested in and if the price is right possibly securing my daughters house next door. On top of that I bought 2 extra wireless remotes. It is now 9:35 and he is doing paperwork and whatever to get me the wireless remotes and is going to drive all the way back to OKC for me. Both of these people are wonderful and deserve a pat on the back. They both went above and beyond.”
